- MRMaria Rodriguez6 days ago1.0I live near Evans, Colorado, but I was in this area and decided to stop here to wash my car. Everything is online now, which already makes things unnecessarily complicated. I tried my best to figure out how to use the vacuum, but there was no clear option or access for it. I ended up spending over $10 and still couldn’t use the vacuum at all. On top of that, the foam brush was basically dry. I had to manually spray foam onto it myself and scrub my car, which defeats the purpose of paying for a car wash in the first place. Even after drying my car, there are still water spots all over it, and my windows STILL have bird droppings on them which is literally the main reason I came here to get my car washed.

I chose Autowash for the convenience of this location. It is not convenient at all! Seems like you guys are just content with collecting the monthly fee…..and doing nothing else. After visiting two separate locations with only one automatic bay open and long lines, I have decided to avoid this company until something drastically changes.
