When I drove out of the bay yesterday there was a sheet of ice that could send your car straight into the vacuum area. Canceling the membership is terrible too, all they do is upsell you. So done with this garbage car wash company.

Either there is not enough soap or water pressure or the bays just don’t work. Today they have two out of four working with a backup of eight cars at the other bays. Apparently there are upgrades coming, but customer service can’t tell you when that’s going to happen.
