The high pressure hose barely gets dirt and grime off, the foaming brush is filthy and turns your hands and clothes blue, and as mentioned, the high pressure wash isn’t strong enough to get the soap off. When I drove out of the bay yesterday there was a sheet of ice that could send your car straight into the vacuum area. Canceling the membership is terrible too, all they do is upsell you. I cancelled in December because I wasn't using the wash enough to justify the membership, which is noted on my account. I rejoined because I figured I might use it more but there's ALWAYS something with the wash so I just cancelled again this month and take my business to better car washes in the area.
