I took my car to Advanced Auto Parts to check the battery for free. It was time for a replacement and the young man even helped me put it in. I could not have done it myself so he was my hero. This store deserves our business.

Very welcoming, knowledgeable and willing to assist all the customers. This store used to have kind of a bad reputation and horrible management, but we see the transformation that is happening. Kudos to the staff for being the true definition of "customer service." Thank you Richard,(assisting me with the items I needed) Hector(for being so friendly), and David(for being an amazing manager) Definitely will be returning! Keep up the great work!

What made this visit even better they offer free installation and he was fast and efficient and reached out to his coworker for help when he had a bit of struggle instead of turning me away.
