  Happy to have came to brakes plus Toni Montoya got me In at the last minute ,when I desperately needed a oil change during a busy Saturday evening i definitely recommend others to come to this location if you need service and friendly customer service as well ! Thank you

  Horrible experience, avoid this location at all costs if possible. Got my cars brake pads and rotors changed in October 2025. In March 2026, I noticed my car started shaking each time I hit the brakes and knew immediately it was related to the replaced parts. Went in to get it looked at, the manager confirmed that it was due to installation issues and the brake rotors would need resurfacing. Luckily our vehicle was still under warranty. Scheduled my car to get in the shop, and they resurfaced my vehicle and repaired it the second time. As soon as I drove it off the lot and brake, my car started violently shaking even more than the first time. I looked at the wheels and see literal rings from the second time they resurfaced it. I'm shocked at how this vehicle was allowed to drive off the lot, with no manager inspection given that it was brought in with issues UNDER WARRANTY. If there were issues the first time, why would the second time not be inspected by an experienced technician? Took it to another brakes plus location and they confirmed that the installation was not only poor, but absolutely wrong and dangerous. When I called to ask the manager what could be done and notify him that I was going to another location, he couldn't care less. I get the shop is busy a but to treat customers unfairly when the technicians are actively installing parts incorrectly is insane. There is no quality control and you're better off going elsewhere to get quality replacements that bring you assurance and safety. Absolute shame. Reference pictures below.

  Actually reason for the one star in last paragraph. Went in to have free brake inspection knowing I needed brakes replaced and rotors resurfaced. Made an appointment was told inspection would be 45 min was 1 hr 15 at least. Once done they showed me how my front struts are ball joints needed to be replaced soon, and told me the rear shocks also which seemed like a complete upsell (they are old but didn’t show any signs of needing to be replaced like the struts). So they gave me the quote for all of it and even with all the discounts for them to do the struts, shocks, and control arms with ball joints( instead of just the ball joints) was $1325 in just labor and $1640 in parts and $600 for the brakes which I was planning on doing anyway. Now I know vehicle maintenance is expensive but I will told the labor cost was discounted as much as possible and I still think I can probably get it done for the same amount at a dealer. But the main reason that it’s a one star is because after I drove off I noticed a knock every time I hit my brakes and rattling when on a bumpy road. So I stopped and checked to find that one of my rear calipers was missing a bolt and loose and the other one was loose. So I had to take it back so they can fix it, which they did and the mechanic apologized but the manager came in and out of the guest area several times and never said a word to me. Didn’t even acknowledge me which was weird to see from a manager. All I have to say is they better be thankful that I noticed something was off and checked because I personally know many people that would have been oblivious to the issue till it was a much worse safety concern.

  I recently visited Brakes Plus and had a generally positive experience with the team. They were quick and efficient, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and attentive, which I really appreciated. However, I must highlight a significant downside: the cleanliness of the bathroom was quite disappointing. As a mother with an infant, it was especially concerning to find the restroom in such a filthy state. There was no changing table available, making it very inconvenient for parents. This aspect really detracted from my overall experience. While I would recommend Brakes Plus for their excellent service, I hope they address the cleanliness of their facilities for the comfort of all their customers.
