  False advertising and zero customer service. I came to this AutoZone (3705 E 104th Ave) specifically because they have a huge sign in the window that says: "Check Engine Light On? We've got the tools to help!". When I asked for the free diagnostic scan, the staff simply said "No" and refused to do it without providing any explanation or alternative. It’s incredibly frustrating to see a store openly advertise a service they refuse to provide. Don't waste your time coming here for a scan; they won't honor their own company's promises. Very disappointed.

  Received great customer service. Dominique was very helpful. She knew the part and even helped me install the new headlight. Definitely recommend stopping here anytime.

  I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to Alicia. She provided outstanding customer service she was super friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Alicia made sure I understood everything and handled the installation quickly and professionally. It’s rare to find service this good these days. I’ll definitely be coming back!
