  Dog wash after a Union Reservoir Dog Park visit. Only 4 stars because one had no secure chains & the other one had one but it was on the D ring farthest from the hose. Baker approves of the adventure!

  Membership is worth it because you can do any car. Sometimes busy but I just do early mornings or late nights and it’s empty. Sometimes mid day too and wait isn’t bad

  Always 1 or 2 lanes shut down b/c they are broken. Blowers are subpar. Unlimited car wash subscription is cool. They have a lot of locations to go to. I like the scan QR code feature to use the wash. Open 24/7 is REALLY useful.

  Absolutely the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. You have to download an app to start the vacuums. Takes about 15 minutes. Questions that are asked in the sign-up process are your address date of birth. No one needs to know this for me to wash my car. One thing that was actually supposed to suck was the vacuum. And it didn’t even suck. The car wash experience sucks unlike the vacuum. Stupid screen. It takes about five minutes to select what you actually want to happen. Car wash sucks unlike the vacuum. I hope these guys go bankrupt and get replaced by a better company.

  Couldn't use facility....2 bays out and no one around... finally got a hold of someone of course not on site...bay available cc machinecwas not working ...2:39pm on a Wednesday... Frustrated because we chose that site specifically because of its location for shopping. The problem is is that there's no customer service anymore and I guess I shouldn't be frustrated because this is what we've come to expect from any large business....no QAQC....
