- CCclaireAug 25, 20251.0extremely rude employee, the short and chubby one behind the counter had an issue the second we walked in, no matter how nice we tried to be, he had a nasty attitude & treated us poorly at 7 in the morning. i recommend literally any other gas station than this, it’s just not worth having some random & miserable man project his issues onto you. especially at 7 in the morning. & i hope you’re reading this, you small man & figure out whatever made you think it was appropriate to treat strangers that way…. while you work in a public service job, or perhaps work somewhere where you don’t have to work with the public because clearly you do not understand the etiquette.

Just because you hear the same question from customers all day that doesn't give you the right to be rude to the customers asking. I pulled up the gas pump and quickly ran inside to use the bathroom before pumping gas as it had been a LONG trip. I go inside and ask the man working if i may use the restroom and he very harshly and sternly replied "its for customers only". I replied "I did pull up to the gas pump to get gas afterwards". I have traveled this country for YEARS and have had many customer service experiences but this one just made me feel fully unwelcome to be a patron at what i could tell was "his store". I looked at the man and told him that there is a right way and a wrong way to respond to customers and being rude was the wrong way. His gas tanks were completely empty of customers which is a telling sign in a neighborhood gas station. Happily I found the gentleman working at EVERYDAY GAS STATION to be refreshing with a kind upbeat attitude who allowed me to use the bathroom and then get gas without making me feel unwelcome

My husband was buying us some waters and I headed to the bathroom. There was another door in the bathroom to another room where someone was clearly sleeping. I closed and locked the door only for the sleeping person to charge and start banging on the door. A tiny, angry homeless woman has claim over the gas station bathroom?! How does Sinclair allow this?!
