  They didn't have an economic car available like I had reserved but they were willing to work w me on a price adjustment due to my long road trip and high gas prices. The car was clean and pretty. The gentlemen that helped me were very kind and I appreciated the quick pick up and drop off process. Thank you!!!

  My car broke down on I-70 and I ended up getting towed into Silverthorne. I walked over to Enterprise and spoke with Trandon. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any cars available—but that’s where this story takes a turn. Trandon went way above and beyond. He didn’t just stop at “we don’t have a car.” He took the time to find another rental company that could help me, and then—on his own time—drove me there in his personal vehicle. And not just down the street…he drove me all the way to Breckenridge. He easily could’ve ended things there, but instead he chose to help a complete stranger in a tough spot. When I tried to pay him, he refused and simply told me to pay it forward. That kind of kindness and effort is rare. I won’t forget it.
