I asked to swap, which the management trainee on duty said he couldn't do till 4PM, despite having several cars staged in front. He did not offer to help and we had to ask if he would put more washer fluid in the car. He did not even offer to come out to the car and handed my little sister a container of fluid for us to put in the car ourselves.

I was able to get an AWD car with good winter tires at a surprisingly reasonable cost. Everything was smooth! The staff was professional and warm and knew their stuff. Extending the contract online, which I did 2x, was super easy and the cost was (again) surprisingly low. Enterprise sent texts with reminders and direct ways to connect for help. The whole process was probably the best ever of any car rental I've ever done in 63 years of life. Seriously.
