  Great employees working at Enterprise. I enjoy the vehicles each time I visit.

  I reserved a minivan. But, when I arrived to pick it up, they didn’t have one. I ended up with a much smaller, dirty car with a 1/4 tank of gas. Because of the smaller car, I couldn’t take all my belongings with me for my move to another state. I had to throw away many of my belongings. Enterprise cost me hundreds of dollars. Shame on them. Why take reservations for specific types of cars, if they’re not going to hold them?

  Went to CO for a weekend ski trip. Staff was helpful and informative. They went above and beyond even allowing me to rent at the last minute since I arrived Friday night and they were closed on the weekends.

  Came to this location to ask for help with my rental out of Colorado Springs. The windshield reservoir was filled with water and froze on I-70. I asked to swap, which the management trainee on duty said he couldn't do till 4PM, despite having several cars staged in front. He did not offer to help and we had to ask if he would put more washer fluid in the car. He did not even offer to come out to the car and handed my little sister a container of fluid for us to put in the car ourselves.
