The girl at the counter couldn’t be bothered to look up from scrolling through tiktok to assist with a return. Spoke to a Jose who told me they couldn’t refund my purchase despite being shown autozone’s own return policy that clearly stated returns within 90 days, and proceeded to tell me that he’d rather call his manager than follow direct company policy. The only redeeming quality of this store was the older gentleman who helped check me out, unfortunately i didn’t get his name but he was extremely helpful and friendly. Otherwise I’d recommend going to the advance auto parts next door.
