Erica, a manager for the store, happened to pass us and pulled over to help. We were able to make it down the hill, she followed us to the store. The amazing staff continued to save the day. Kolton found the right part, Jess was able to fix it to the point we could drive to the shop that Erica was able to get us squeezed into, and Kolton gave us a ride to a hotel. They are all angels!!! What could be a very stressful experience was very positive due to the help and support of the wonderful people at AutoZone. Thank you!!!!

Nope, it'll take a week to get the part, then if you pay extra it could be tomorrow. I paid. 2 days later, no part. Get told it's the carrier. Won't be there till later this afternoon 3 or 4. Used to get parts earlier in the day and next day no extra charge. Last time I will ever use AutoZone. In general your customer service sucks and being a very profitable company sticking folks with a shipping bill to get it ASAP. Instead of the way things were, which was better, you play this game where you charge extra, where a fraction of the charge is used for shipping and pocket the rest. Greed. No more AutoZone for me. Update now going on day 3. This is bull
