  We had Rusler Implement work on our 53' semi trailer to replace the brakes a couple years ago and they did an excellent job!

  We have had an extremely tumultuous past 6 months with the service at Rusler Implement. A few months ago we paid a significant amount to have our wheel loader hauled to Rocky Ford and be worked on. The main item was a wire harness that was too short and broke when pivoting the loader. They extended 2 of the 3 wires and sent the loader home. Well, the 3rd wire broke and they just charged me 7 hours of labor to come fix it! Forget the fact that this should have been addressed while in Rocky Ford. My employees helped and the Rusler employee, Mikey Winters, was there for one hour... but still, charged 7 hours of labor. Upon further investigation it was brought to my attention that there has been a long standing reputation for this type of behavior. I highly reccomend taking your service work elsewhere. Bob Rusler was great when I had $100,000.00 in my pocket for a new loader. Ever since then, he's disappeared and pawned off our issues on employees that are incapable of solving problems.
