Employees are standing around doing nothing but things are not cleaned or prepared for customers. Prices keep going up, service keeps going down. They NEVER have fresh limes like they are supposed to.

- THTessa HerreraSep 29, 20171.0The woman at the register during night shift was rude and sarcastic. The credit/debit card machines were down, but instead of politely saying so, she was sarcastic. When asked, "Since when has it been cash only?" she quickly replied, "Since I put the sign on the door." The system repair person had to explain that the machines were down. Very unfriendly and not worth the $13 for two pints of ice cream.
