I received a confirmation phone call before the appointment and on the day of the appointment the technician, called ahead and showed up on time. in all, I probably spent 5 minutes or so to a schedule of the appointment in 5 to 10 minutes total with the technician when they were on site.

- BRBarbara RandlDec 21, 20254.0Actual service of windshield replacement, telephone customer service and electronic communication was excellent. Actual in store customer service individual requires training on how to initially greet customers and treat people with respect. Stores customer bathroom was dirty , floor especially, with a small cockroach around base of cabinet. TV much to loud and no explanation of whether water was for customers, it was apparent coffee was for customers but only because where it was physically located. A customer service representative should greet you respectfully , explain process, electronic communication and available service in store I.e. complementary water in fridge, coffee, bathroom and if TV required adjustments please ask. Simple friendly customer service is a basic expectation when a customer arrives and in my case stays in the store for the complete installation process. All my tags ( car wash, oil change reminder) all placed back on new windshield. No explanation given how long to leave tape on windshield after installation by technician or customer service person who was not at counter when I left. Didn’t take photos of dirty bathroom if I knew I would have had the chance to post them in this review I would have.
