  From start to finish, the representative and tech was fantastic. Was able to get appointment scheduled fast, next day. The tech even cleaned all my windows...what a GREAT bonus.

  Very pleased with SafeLite from step one through completion of my windshield took little effort on my part, thanks to the friendly and professional service of telephone, Larry, the tech and the helpful text messages along the way! I'll recommend SafeLite to anyone!

  Horrible place to have any glass replaced. Took my mom's truck down there to have a back window replaced on it. They did not clean up all the glass that was in the back. They did not properly install the window so it is crooked. When I contacted them to get somebody to fix they said they would be out to fix it instead. They came out to assess it, took pictures and said there was nothing wrong with the glass. When I called and talked to a manager, he instructed me that he would come out and look at it on February 17th between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. he never showed up at 4:00 p.m. I called Safelite and asked them when somebody was going to be here. They said they canceled without calling anybody to let them know they canceled because of an accident on I-25 when there were three separate routes that go around that accident that police were detouring cars through. I would love to write a good review if somebody would come out and fix their mistakes. Until then I will be leaving this post on here for everybody to read so nobody else gets scammed like I did. I will also be posting pictures of the glass that was installed and the glass that's on another suburban that was installed correctly that you can see all the lines match

  I wish it would let me put 0 stars!!! I had scheduled online for a windshield replacement and was quoted for about $450 and I had a discount code for $50 OFF and they came to replace the windshield and said I owed them $575. They took the “$50 OFF” discount and then claimed they used another $75 discount on top of that?! Definitely got ripped off!! I do NOT recommend!!!!!

  The guy that showed up to work on our car stated he was injured and couldn't do the job....but we could take it to a nearby town and it could be done right away. This was our second attempt at getting the windshield fixed because the first glass came in damaged.
