  The technician was helpful and very knowledgeable. Safelight glass is the best and if you need a replacement or a repair give them a call.

  Tried 5 times to call the Pueblo Office and no answer.. I paid with CC and without my permission saved it in their system. So no answer I will have to drive back myself to get it deleted. Its a shame they dont answer the phone at the shop!!!!! They did do the repair right but there is a problem with customer service at the shop.

  Ontime and great service. I showed up for my appointment 15 mins early as instructured to complete papwerwork and even before my appointment time they had taken the car to the back to begin work. They asked if I was waiting for it and when I said yes they said they would try to get me out quickly which they did.

  Very thankful this is the store I went to ! Great folks here seriously. Said they would do it for free cause I couldn't figure out how to get fleet to pay for it and finally after a few phone calls I figured a way to get safelite paid. Again couldn't thank them enough for working with me and my company to get this window safe

  First I have a 2025 Ford Bronco. I just bought it with only 26 miles on it. Bad luck happened and two days later after purchasing it a rock hit my windshield and it pretty much cracked it all the way down (spiderwebbed). I called Safelite to get in for an appointment and the lady over the phone was very nice but when it came down to paying my insurance wouldn't cover it because the lady over the phone got my Vin # wrong after repeating it to her multiple times. Then finally I had to get that fixed with my insurance company (took about an hour on the phone). After fixing that issue. I got a call the day before my appointment and was told my windshield hasn't come in yet and that I had to be rescheduled which was fine. I was rescheduled. Then again the day before going to my rescheduled appointment I got ANOTHER call saying they had to reschedule again because my windshield still wasn't there, so NO problem I understand. I was happy to reschedule on a Saturday. I came in and the lady at the front desk was not very friendly very straight forward. I felt like I was a burden. I gave her my keys and watched them take my truck to the back, so I left with my husband. I wasn't even home yet and she called me and said my windshield wasn't in and I need to reschedule. OKAY, I was pretty upset by now, so I said, "first of all I don't mind getting rescheduled, but I had to come all the way here to drop off my truck and leave and then you tell me I have to reschedule?!" By this time I told her she should have called me at least 24 hours in advance to tell me that it wasn't there or at least warn me that it might not be there. Anyway so they scheduled me 10 days out. On the night before my appointment I called to make sure it was in. The lady that answered the phone was honest and told me that since I have a brand new original windshield on order it takes a while for FORD to ship it and it might not be in the day of my appointment and they wouldn't know until I get there that morning. I understood and finally went to my appointment. The gentleman there his name was Chris was very helpful and understanding and gratefully my windshield arrived that morning. I got my truck back and everything looked fabulous, but the next day the windshield wipers were not working. I called Chris and he was very punctual and nice so he fixed them. It only took him five minutes to fix. This is why it is four stars instead of ONE. More companies need to have people like Chris who are nice and very caring about your situation. I mean who wants a brand new truck/car with a busted up windshield and rude customer service. Now I can enjoy my new baby and finally customize it the way I want. Thank you, Chris for all your kind words and thoughtfulness.
