- JBJames BryantDec 27, 20251.0After getting a new truck I took my vehicle to this car wash and upgraded to a higher quality membership to ensure my vehicle would be taken care of. Instead, for what ever reason the machines stop while I was in the middle of the wash and once my car was done I noticed my truck had scratches all on my hood and the driver side of my vehicle. I immediately filed a claim the same day and I was told I would hear from the general manager within 3-5 days and instead I heard back about 3 weeks later with an employee telling me they have decided to not move forward with this claim. So not only are they unprofessional they also do not take accountability for what their machines have caused to my new truck. With this being said I have timestamped photos of before and after going through this car wash and even more so I have photos from the dealership showing the damages that their car wash caused were in fact not present when I bought the car a week before and my own photos from the day before. With all these different car washes opening up here in Pueblo do yourself a favor and choose a different one, this place is unprofessional and deny to take accountability. I hope the evidence I have will make this a smooth process taking it to small claims with my legal team.

Indirect your vehicles after and take photos of damage. Thankfully we have time stamped photos. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and taking them to small claims court.
