The car wash broke my driver side mirror and failed to put in the claim until a week went by and I had to call again. They sent be back out to the car wash to look at the damage again. Days go by and i finally hear back just to have the manager say they didn’t break my mirror. From recordings they can see me roll my widow down during the wash to try to push my mirror back out but still that was not enough. Lack of communication and poor integrity from Mister Car Wash. But we sign the dotted line when signing up so 🤷🏻

There is little to no lighting and the there is homeless people lurking all around the place just watching and waiting for an opportunity to steal or even harm someone. For a corporate business they sure don’t care for the safety of their staff. Get some lights and hire security!
- ZZZachOct 27, 20251.0Sat in the member line while the employee talked with the car in front of me for 10 minutes stuck between two cars so I was not able to move lanes. After ten minutes the car in front of me paid for their single car wash. Not sure why they have separated lanes if they hold up the member lane for non members.
