Took my 2024 hybrid rav4 (25kmiles) in for an oil change at grease monkey. Before a long trip to Austin Texas. I googled for shops with good reviews because the car was pretty new. Unfortunately the mechanic removed the engine cover rather than the oil drain cover and failed to fasten back properly which caused it to flap down severely damaging it. I didn’t the notice the problem for a few thousand miles. I had a mechanic in Austin zip tied it back on. Estimates I seen are around $500 dollars to replace it. Really disappointed!!!
