Everyone had been helped and we're on their way. When I asked how much longer since I had been waiting so long, the manager who had just arrived said they had 18 people walk in this am. I did not appreciate his tone and remarks. I was in a hurry and believed that I had an appointment for 8 am pick up. I was evidently waiting for them to clean the vehicle.
