Never again, had a 1pm appointment wasn't able to get my car until 4:30 3 and a half hours to do an inspection and a radiator flush horrible. There is a noise coming from my front tire a constant squeaking noise when turning left google says it's in the brake or suspension system they said they looked at it came back and said everything is in spec but the left rotor does have some glaze we can machine off for 124 which is what I told them to do for 3 and 1/2 hours I sat there when he said your ready I said too the GM did you machine the glaze off the rotor he said no it didn't need it after all we just did the inspection and radiator flush. The GM said we cleaned the rotor which should help as I was backing out turning left to leave the parking lot the driver side was obviously squeaking. I mean immediately was squeaking I drove it around made a lot of left turns still squeaking when I turn left. I'm going to another shop next weekend but I'm deeply disappointed by the fact that it took this place 3 and a half hours to do an inspection and radiator flush. The trust and the confidence in their car care abilities just wasn't obviously there. I know about mechanics but I'm out in Colorado for work so I'm over 600 miles away from home with no tools or my floor jack or garage where I or my own mechanic can look at my vehicle but over the years of being in and out of auto repair shops I just felt their actions and capabilities of auto repair just weren't there. Didn't machine off the rotor glaze noise is still there in my front driver side tire I'm going to check the condition of my coolant in the morning to see if it is fresh new coolant I hope it is, but the fear and doubt if they did it or not is presently there in my mind. Again, 3and a half hours for an inspection and a radiator flush is messed up.
Update: on my review I posted on 11/8/25 Saturday. Today, is now 11/9/25: I did check the coolant this morning as I previously mentioned above with a coolant tester. Super clean fluid looks great as far as the radiator flush it looks well executed and professionally done. However, I still stand by the original post of the wait time for an inspection and radiator flush. My over all confidence in their diagnostic of my car they said they checked the brake work but I mentioned on the phone and in person it could be either brake or suspension related. Now, I'm beginning to think it is the front end drivers side strut bearing or cv joint that is going out. Now, they did emphasize they diagnosed the break system but didn't address any of my issues with potential strut and suspension problems. Again, I'll have another shop look at it. They did a well job on the actual radiator flush itself super clean coolant in the tester this morning when I checked it but overall as far as getting the problem which brought me in the first place still goes unfixed. Still hearing squeaking when turning left especially with the driver side window down very noticeable if the window is down and the stereo off it's an obvious noise when you turn left.
