  I had stopped going here altogether because of the rude (if any) service. It's even worse when you're a woman and you're treated like you're stupid. Yesterday we stopped for coolant only because it's close and the motor wouldn't get warm getting there. The new manager Steven Baker helped us and I am absolutely happy with the turn around in attitude with the entire store. Let's hope it lasts.

  I've been a loyal customer of this AutoZone for 25 years, ever since moving into my home which is conveniently nearby. I've never had any issues, until today when I arrived desperately needing a new battery for my vehicle, which I'd barely gotten enough juice to drive me there. I was "helped" by an older gentleman named Dale, who is apparently also the Manager. He checked my battery and confirmed that I needed a new one; however, he refused to help me with installing it. He told me they were too short-staffed for him to install it, despite there being at least 3 other visible employees in the store. When he saw my gaze look at them, he added that they would be going home soon, even though the store wouldn't be closing for another 3 hours. I regretfully purchased the battery and carried it out to my car, but am so frustrated by the experience that I've decided it will be my last purchase from AutoZone. With all of the other alternative competitors for car parts, and I'm sitting here with a new battery that I have no idea how to install. Think I'll take the advice from so many others that I'd previously stubbornly refused ... and go somewhere where the Manager/employees aren't too lazy to actually help you when you're in distress.
