  Came in on their one day oil change sale. Unfortunately I had a corporate add that they wouldn't honor but the gentleman that ring me out told me they have coupons online which I instantly looked up and at least got some money off today

  Pueblo West location was phenomenal and very expeditious! Received a nice discount for the day I was there, and received a free car wash! Will definitely be back.

  Took my car in for an oil change at the end of January. During the oil change, I was told that whoever installed the drain plug had stripped the thread and so they then inserted a rubber replacement plug to last “1-2” oil changes. The car was recently purchased beforehand and was inspected and parts were properly installed before being sold. Grease Monkey then recommended to go to an auto shop in Pueblo West and said it could cost roughly $500, but after that we could then take the car back to Grease Monkey for regular oil changes. On the phone when posed the question of if it was possible for us to just create thread with a bigger bolt they said “Well yes, you can do that”. Grease Monkey didn’t want to admit that they stripped the threading and made the situation go from owning up to your mistakes to leaving the customer with a bigger problem at hand. They also didn’t check and cap off all proper fluids. Just felt the need to post this as transparency should and does go a long way here in Pueblo West.
