    I had to keep our vehicle one additional day. Insurance covered the cost. However, on the day of turn in, when my wife and I were at lunch, I got a call from a salesman pressuring me about when I was planning on turning in the vehicle. I advised him I was eating lunch with my wife and he proceeded to ask me what time I would be turning in the vehicle. When I turned in the vehicle I let the front desk know and in a jokingly response, it was stated "he's a new guy". Then I was charged because the vehicle didnt have the same amount of fuel when returned, despite being rushed to return the vehicle. In my opinion, this is absolutely bad business. Update: I tried to use the link posted in response. However, it took me to general customer service. They were not able to assist.

    Trying to locate this office was horrible! Map quest sent me to a completely different location, which was a dead end. This company needs to put a visible sign off the road, not just on its building!
