- MFMario Frank6 days ago1.0I had to keep our vehicle one additional day. Insurance covered the cost. However, on the day of turn in, when my wife and I were at lunch, I got a call from a salesman pressuring me about when I was planning on turning in the vehicle. I advised him I was eating lunch with my wife and he proceeded to ask me what time I would be turning in the vehicle. When I turned in the vehicle I let the front desk know and in a jokingly response, it was stated "he's a new guy". Then I was charged because the vehicle didnt have the same amount of fuel when returned, despite being rushed to return the vehicle. In my opinion, this is absolutely bad business. Update: I tried to use the link posted in response. However, it took me to general customer service. They were not able to assist.
