The fancy dealership damaged my oil pan, causing a leak, and then punctured one of my tires while it was on their lift. After that, I decided to take my BMW to Jiffy Lube, as I’ve always had a great experience with my F150 and Volkswagen. They were half the price and were able to fix the oil leak that the fancy dealership had caused. I am grateful they do good work and would highly recommend them.

I ended up spending an hour and a half at this particular Jiffy Lube just to get my oil changed and my coolant topped off. I was disappointed with the lack of organization. I was not even checked in until after I had been sitting in the lobby for 30 minutes Then of course they come in and do their usual upsell pitch which I declined several services on because they had just been done. There was another person that came in after me And their vehicle was serviced and out the door and paid for before mine was even out of the bay. I understand that things get busy on Saturday mornings, but this was ridiculous. There was also another lady that came in with a vehicle with some mechanical problems, and they were more into speaking with her and getting her taken care of as opposed to getting me out the door I’m giving them two stars because they did actually perform the service and it doesn’t appear that they got very sloppy with the oil or the coolant when they were filling them overall, I was very disappointed with the service that I paid for
