Michael came out and gave a surprise chefs kiss as the place was closing! He even stayed late with a great attitude and went above and beyond with the detail clean of my trunk top. Thank Michael and waterworks Parker team team for your care and attention to detail. 🙏♥️
- EHEileen Hall4 days ago5.0I stopped by 4/18/26 with my very dirty and bug ridden vehicle after driving down from the mountains and was truly impressed by each and every employee I encountered. These young men were working hard in the hot sun, and were all so polite, and so diligent and conscientious... after going through the wash they noticed that my bug issue was pretty severe, and had me go through again and use the bug wash station which proved very useful indeed! They were all just so awesome-great team, great management!

It’s rarely too busy, which makes getting in and out quick and easy, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. That alone keeps me coming back. The exterior washes are consistent and do a good job, but I will say all the wash tiers feel pretty similar. I had their top membership for a while, including the undercarriage spray, and honestly there is no difference compared to the basic package after I downgraded. Interior cleaning is a bit hit or miss. It’s clear they have younger staff doing it, so for the price you can’t expect a full detail every time. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s just okay. My recommendation would be to stick with the basic membership for regular washes, and just pay for interior cleaning when you actually need it. Overall still a convenient place with friendly service.
