  Oil is leaking after a 130$ oil change. I will be bringing my car back the next day. They also didn’t know how to reset my computer so my car still thinks it needs an oil change.

  German helped me with an oil change yesterday and was so kind and accommodating. He made several helpful recommendations for my car, and completed the service in a very timely and efficient manner. I will definitely be returning for further workups.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Grease Monkey yesterday around 11 AM. I came in for an oil change and brake inspection because my car was making a loud noise every time I pressed the brakes.From the beginning, there was poor communication. No one gave me an estimate or explained pricing. I was simply told not to worry and that they would call me when the car was ready.I called around 1 PM for an update and was told it would take another 1–2 hours. At 2:30 PM, I got a call saying my car was ready. That’s when I asked for the price and was shocked to hear $1,117 for an oil change and brake service especially since no one had confirmed the issue or discussed costs with me beforehand. When I arrived, my car was STILL making the same noise. They were test-driving it and clearly had no real answer as to what was wrong. I asked how they came up with that price if they didn’t even fix the problem, and the only response I kept getting was “parts and three hours of labor,” repeated over and over without any real explanation.I was the one who called my dad and my fiancé because nothing made sense. While I had them on the phone, the staff spoke to them, but still could not clearly explain what was going on with my car. What’s most frustrating is that I came in trusting their expertise. I explained the issue, and instead of properly diagnosing it, they assumed it was the brakes, charged a high amount, and didn’t even fix the problem. I’ve had great experiences at other Grease Monkey locations, which is why I trusted this one. Unfortunately, this location was the complete opposite.To be completely honest, this experience felt like I was taken advantage of. As a woman, it felt like they assumed I wouldn’t question anything and just accepted the charges without understanding what was actually wrong. That’s not okay. I spent hours there, paid a large amount of money, and left with the same issue. This was unprofessional, disorganized, and very disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously because customers especially women who may already feel uncertain walking into auto shops deserve honesty, transparency, and respect.
