While I waited, I saw people walking around on the property. At 7:10 AM, I looked up the phone number on the website and called to see if the hours were correct. No one answered the phone even though I could see them at the front desk. A couple minutes later I gave up and started to drive away. One of the employees finally walked out and moved the cones. Because this is a new company they offered a free wash if I gave them my email address and phone. I decided to give them a second chance as I am looking for an annual car wash that I can trust. And it was close to home. When I went through the car wash, only half of the brushes actually worked, only half of my car was washed. That was the last chance for me. Because I gave him my phone number, of course they text me relentlessly. I opted out with “stop”. Then what did they do at 2 AM? They sent me the survey link. If this company wants to be successful, they really need to get their act together. Until they do, I would avoid them.
