  Tony, Cris, and Dalton were a great team and took care of my car during my visit. Tony was very kind and professional and found something under my hood that needed adjustment for my safety. He made sure that it was done before I left so that I could drive away safely. The team was very communicative and even apologized for the wait, but that's expected for a Saturday. Overall, very pleased with my visit!

  While I waited for about 10/15 min outside, as soon as I pulled in staff began working immediately. They were having a busy rush but being as efficient as possible and maintaining excellent customer service. Everyone was kind, friendly and working quick! Tony, the manager, was great. He let me know what services my car was in need of or going to be in need of without pressuring me to get them done. I’ve made the mistake of getting my oil changed at competitors in the past and I always find myself coming back to Valvoline. The customer service here is unmatched.

  Tony was friendly, provided quick and efficient service, explained things about my car, which helped and educating me… the entire staff was friendly and welcoming- treating people like valued customers almost like family!   ANOTHER UPDATE: “Repair/Replacement” was NOT authorized and they did it anyway without telling me. I found out once I got home and had multiple quarts of oil all over my driveway… I was told my the area/regional manager, Michael, that I would hear back from him within 48 hours. We are going on day 8 with no response. I’ve called serval times and he will not answer any phone calls. UPDATE: still no resolution. Area manager Michael reached out stating on 11/13/25 he would be in touch within 48 hours. I’ve tried to call back 3 times with no luck to reach anyone who can help, meanwhile I am out a $2,500 repair after everything is said and done, due to Natasha cross threading the drain plug. Highly do NOT recommend. DONT GO HERE. Spent $150 for an oil change and now have to spend $2,000 on an oil pan replacement because technician, Natasha (also the manager…) cross threaded drain plug. This is what I get for thinking Valvoline could do an oil change on a BMW. There were no pre-existing concerns with my vehicle, and none were noted at the time of service. I was never informed of any issues, even after their inspection was completed. My vehicle had absolutely no leaks before bringing it in. After the service, my oil pan began leaking significantly. The technician’s note on my invoice stating “possible weak or worn out” appears to be an attempt to cover the fact that the drain plug was cross-threaded during service, which directly caused the leak. There was no mention or observation of any oil leak prior because none existed. My oil pan is now leaking badly, and the repair will be costly. I contacted Valvoline corporate and filed a claim, which was denied without them requesting any photos, documentation, or additional information.

  From the start staff were extremely courteous and professional. My CSR, Natasha presensnce was welcoming and friendly. Her quick, concise answers and her problem solving abilities are much to be desired. Along with her crew, TOPSIDE: Cris and BOTTOMSIDE: Derek, they made my experience at Valvoline very pleasurable . Would definitely recommend to a friend and come again.
