- ZBZachary BursnallDec 2, 20251.0I have used Safelite for many years in Littleton Colorado, however I recently moved to Parker. I had an appointment to have two of my trucks done by a tech Ryan. When he arrived I could tell he had minimal experience since he couldn't answer any questions without texting another tech. After a half an hour of attempting to work on my first truck he told me that the guys he was talking to on his phone said that there was a chance he couldn't replace the window once it is taken out if they took it out because of surface rust they saw, but said he would do it just wanted to warn me first. So I agreed. Then another hour he comes in and tells me he cannot do either truck because his other techs on the phone told him. I asked if that included my other vehicle since he didn't even look at it. and he said he wasn't going to do that one either. So I asked him what I can do and he said I could try another glass company. I then noticed he removed all of the rubber trim around the windshield and I couldn't locate it so I was now in a bind because of the approaching snowstorm. So taking his advice I went to Novus Glass not door and they had both of my trucks done the next day with zero problems. It is a shame. I will never use Satellite in Parker, and will recommend to my other mechanics around here to not to do business with you as well since you could leave without a complete windshield and no solution forward.
