The staff was friendly, eager to help, but untrained in some areas such as how to reset the car after the oil change. In doing the reset, they erased the multi-display on the main screen. Also, they charged me for topping off the cooling fluid, and told me the brake fluid was low but wouldn't top it off unless I bled the line and then they would refill it for $100+. In looking at past invoices from Grease Monkey, topping off all these fluids was part of the oil change. Also Grease Monkey only charged $79.99 for the oil change, while Jiffy Lube charged $100 for the same type of oil and the labor the change it out. Overall, I would not return to their store.
