After paying $130 for an oil change, I was informed by Service Street (on Lincoln) that the oil plug was severely over-torqued by your technician, resulting in damage that now requires my entire oil pan to be replaced. I contacted the location and spoke with Evan, who told me I would receive a follow-up call — but no one ever reached out. I then contacted corporate and still haven’t heard anything back. I find it incredibly frustrating and disheartening to be ignored after taking the initiative to report the issue right away. It’s even more upsetting considering how close your location is to my home — less than a mile away. You would think a neighborhood business would stand by its work and support its local community. Sadly, this experience has also raised concerns about how female customers are treated. I can’t help but feel that if I were treated with the same level of respect as a male customer, this might have been handled differently. At this point, I’m simply asking that your company take responsibility and make this right.
- JDJamie davisOct 17, 20251.0I went in for an oil change a couple days ago and they were very polite and helpful. I drove 2.5 miles home and noticed a horrible sound coming from my car. I went back in the following day only to be treated very rudely by the same person who was kind the day before I told him that my car was making a horrible noise and can someone please look at it and was told others in the lobby were priority as if I was trying to somehow cut them. A very helpful and honest guy by the name of Austin came out right away and checked my oil and informed me that they didn’t put any oil back in my car after draining it. Not only was I baffled by how rude Craig was but that my car’s engine could have very well seized due to negligence. Hopefully no major damage was caused by this.
