About a month later, I noticed oil leaking—something that had never happened prior to that service. I took the car back to the shop, and they confirmed the gaskets had not been tightened properly and apologized. Despite that visit, the leak continued. I eventually had to take my car to my own mechanic, who determined that the oil pan and gaskets needed to be replaced due to improper installation. I paid out of pocket for those repairs, and the Grease Monkey staff told me those charges would be reimbursed. Since then, I have made several calls and sent multiple emails, but I have not received a single response or follow-up. No reimbursement, no communication. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing—both the initial mistake and the complete lack of accountability afterward. I’m sharing this so others are aware of my experience and the unprofessional customer service I encountered.

- SYSarai yasmineNov 5, 20255.0my boyfriend took our cars to get an oil change from this location and they were amazing. payton did a great job with the oil change and keeping us informed on what needs to be done on both our cars. i had to return a week later because my drain plug was not secured tight enough, but josh craig and the manager (i forgot his name) were very quick to solve the issue and filled my tires and filled my washer fluid. they were very helpful, very friendly, and my boyfriend and i are very happy with their service.
