    The worst place for an oil change. Damaged my car and did not take accountability. Then my daughter’s car was smoking due to oil all over the engine. A simple oil change they can’t even do. Do not trust them with your car!

    I specifically said that I wanted strictly an oil change and nothing else. The tech repeated back what I said. Another tech told me that my cabin filter needed changing after I specifically said that I wanted just an oil change. Then I went to pay and was told I wasn't in the system after I had been at this location several times before. I presented him with a coupon for $20 off that he said wasn't going through. I had just gotten it in the mail. Fortunately he said he would put it in another way after seeing my dismay. I hope these glitches are a one-time occurrence.

    Got an oil change two weeks ago on my brand new Chevy Silverado have noticed small drips of oil in my driveway so I called the location. They told me to bring it back in the gentleman informed me that they didn’t tighten the oil filter all the way I asked if he was going to give me a brand new oil change he said no all they did was top it off and tighten it up. Could’ve absolutely ruined a brand new 2025 Chevy Silverado.

    I’ve been going to this grease monkey for years , the last couple times the service has really declined.After my most recent visit the next morning I had oil residue on my garage floor which I had to wipe up must’ve been residual oil somewhere on the Skid plate than I noticed something was hanging down from my truck and it was part of the back air dam which has a 2 inch boat which was never refastened upon further review i was looking at this skid plate and none of the bolts were put back in all the way there were loose and barely Hanging on I will not be visiting Grease monkey again.
