  Came here to pick up a rental due to being in process of an insurance claim and had no clue what to expect. Tyler was super friendly right away and was very thorough with explaining everything to me as it was my first time renting, he did great at making sure I was informed and good to go before leaving.

  Clean car and very fast service. The pickup process was smooth and efficient. Landon was especially welcoming and friendly, he made the experience easy and pleasant.

  This place used to be a good location to rent a car from. But not anymore after some good employees relocate to othere different enterprise locations. I went as usually to pickup my reserved car. But they didn't have any, except one that I didn't like. Tyler wasn't friendly or even trying to find any other options. Didn't event bother. His store manager Josh looked stressed out that day. None of them even have a smile on their face So I canceled my reservation and ended our business with them. We are now with another location who I feel welcomed and they appreciate my business.
