He took the time to walk me through exactly what was going on with my car (rotors, brakes, and some bent struts/tie rod from a minor accident), explained my repair options clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable every step of the way. As a woman who’s had bad experiences with shops taking advantage before, that meant everything. Josh is the reason I’ll be coming back here for every repair from now on.
