I was told by my hyundai dealership I needed my brake pads replaced, but coming here they did a full check on my car and showed me my car in the shop and that I didn’t need to replace my brake pads any time soon. Not only he's very involved with every single customer and gives personal attention, all of his staff there is friendly, personable and have great customer service. One of my cars needed new rotors, the other car did not. Communication was outstanding, pricing was fair and reasonable (definitely better than other specialty repair shops for Lexus and BMW vehicles), you can see all the guys working very hard. The manager Nick was doing it all both days I came in - from working on the cars to answering calls, putting together estimates to greeting customers at the front and getting them all set up. Highly recommend this particular Brakes Plus location.
