  I’m not sure what to do at this point. They have the best customer service in the manager. Nick is honestly the best. But I’m frustrated that after coming three times I’m still not finished with my AC not being cold. Cannot tell if I have a defective car or a problem greater than what they usually come across. I guess I’ll have to come back sometime but I’m honestly so frustrated at the moment.

  Amazing shop with a high amount of integrity and excellence in service. Jayden and Adam absolutely nailed our experience. We came in with a massive amount of work and they completed it way ahead of schedule. The next day we had a leak, which wasn’t a part of their work, but they helped us out and didn’t charge us for a small part which wasn’t previously known to be needed by us. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

  I brought my pickup in for a squeaking noise in my engine and an oil change. The noise turned out to be a belt pulley with worn bearings. The experience was great and Jayden and his crew were very good at replacing the pulley and verifying the costs before beginning. I have been using this location for many years and have always felt the service was great.

  Adam and Nick helped with the entire process of diagnosing the problem (at no cost), quoting options for a fix and performing the fix. I was in at 1:00 and home before the sun set - in winter, no less. My knowledge of auto repair falls short of expert, but I can smell 1 part of bullcrap in a million parts of water, like sharks with blood, and I really appreciate how they handled the process with me. This was my first experience at this Brakes Plus location, and if I had the looks and the acting talent, I’d do commercials for them. I don’t, so I can’t, but thank you anyway, guys!

  I was doing brakes and rotors myself and stripped a set screw. Then broke the tip of an extractor off in the hole while drilling out and was now stuck, as the tip wasn't letting me drill it out any further. These guys new what to do and were super cool about it. Thanks Nick and team!
