- DDDaniel Duchesne3 days ago1.0I scheduled an appointment at Brakes Plus for 8:00 AM for brakes and an oil change. I showed up at 7:55 and pulled in front of a bay. There were already several cars there, but I had an appointment, so I assumed that was the point. When I went inside, the same employee who scheduled me the day before told me to move my car because I was “blocking a bay.” So I moved it. Then I asked when they would be starting on my vehicle. He told me it would be at least an hour and a half before they could even pull it in and said, “Did you see the line this morning?” I responded that yes, I did — that’s why I made an appointment. He then told me that an appointment “doesn’t warrant anything.” If appointments don’t mean anything, why offer them? Completely defeats the purpose of scheduling. Very disappointing experience and a waste of my morning. I left and won’t be back.

Which i do not bc I just had them checked 2 months ago. Then they didn't even call me or tell me the car was finished. I won't come here again . For past year I've come here and they always tell me I need something done and then charge me a lot of money for it, and one time they left a tool in the car and it was clinging around until I came back. I'm done with this place
