But Melyssa and the rest of her staff went out of their way to make sure I got home safely and that I had a trusted place to tow my car to. They go above and beyond for their customers and I highly recommend them!

First they got the wrong parts then put my order under someone else's information and then duplicated my order and double charged me. The whole time Terry (commercial account manager) was absolutely rude and swearing at me and making excuses. Then when speaking with Ben (store manager) first on the phone he kept interrupting me when I explained the situation and then hung up on me. I have worked in customer service for many years and in many roles so I know to keep my head and tone even and that it is hard dealing with people. This is no way to treat someone or to train your people. EVERYONE there just kept saying how "oh Terry or Ben are grumpy and having a bad day today" like it's a common accepted thing there. Melyssa was the only saving grace and kind person there and worked hard to make the situation right. Again don't go here. Napa is in the same parking lot and oreillys just down the street and another AutoZone at the other end of Parker now. Do better Terry and Ben.
