  My first brand new Nissan Altima that I paid out full had gotten into a tragic wreck which caused it to be totaled out. I went to auto mart and Liv was AMAZING!! she was super helpful and understanding! she got me into my same car, newer year, and just as pretty as my last!! She knew my situation and still managed to help me get to a good spot to do payments on a car for the first time. I really appreciated her help and it was very beautiful! Thank you so much Liv!! 💕💕

  I was searching for a very particular vehicle, and unfortunately had some extenuating circumstances to work around with having unconventional income after being medically retired from the Army. I found the Subaru Ascent that I had been looking for, in the exact color that I wanted, and to boot, the mileage was low, with a very reasonable price for being the higher end trim/feature package. I submitted an online inquiry regarding the vehicle from their website and was very expeditiously contacted letting me know the vehicle was indeed still available. I worked with Cesar Garcia throughout the process, and he was spectacular! From inquiry to sign and drive was just a couple days, mostly due to the fact I live up in Boulder County and they are in Parker (they also have another dealership in Aurora). They worked out a deal that was mutually agreed upon as far as duration of loan, monthly payment, and percentage rate! Everyone I encountered at their Parker dealership from Cesar, my salesman, to the finance manager, and general manager were all very kind, considerate, and thanked me for my service, which is always nice. Their Parker dealership had a very robust variety of brands and types of vehicles. All of their vehicles must pass a rigorous 150 point inspection. The Subaru Ascent that i bought had been through that inspection and they replaced the brakes, all wipers, synthetic oil change & fluid top off, was nearly full with gas, and had been detailed inside and out. Also a super cool minor but important detail is that upon my arrival, my vehicle was proudly displayed right out front of their office building! Speaking of the office building, it is nearly brand new inside and out, clean, organized, inviting and full of good vibes. I highly recommend working with Cesar Garcia as he works expeditiously to get you what you want, and within the terms you’re seeking — expeditiously, and not at all pushy, instead very communicative via text or phone if you’re not local to Parker. In person is very much the same while the deal is getting finalized, in my experience. The finance manager and I had great conversation while finalizing the financing, and he put all documents on a thumb drive which is nice in this day and age, compared to a bulky envelope full of various documents. A couple days after the purchase they contacted me to see if I was happy with my new vehicle and checked to see if there was anything else they could do for me, which is very kind and considerate. Again, whether you’re employed, retired, disabled, own a business, have unconventional income, they work diligently to get you the vehicle you want, with favorable and desired terms that meet you and them in the middle so you can leave excited about your new whip and have confidence financially, Thank you Cesar Garcia, and Auto Mart Parker for everything. 10/10 recommend!
