- EEerikhoeffnerJul 8, 20251.0It can have decent customer service but I swear, literally every other time I go in the to do an online return, they cannot figure it out, the have to get help, or screw something up, or try to refund it to the phone number. I'm not even sure myself. Yesterday I went in and the old guy was lost for at least 10 minutes, just for me to return a LOANER TOOL of all things, nothing complicated. Another old guy who kinda knew what he was doing mocked the first guy and walked off after just telling him it was an online return. Another old guy walked up looked at the screen, twiddled his thumbs bit and walked to the back. Some big dude walks by (assume the manager) and doesn't even look over, nor does the first old guy have the esteem to ask for help himself from anyone else other than getting mocked and being lost for another 3-5 minutes. Told them I'd come back another day and that their customer service was pathetic. They bother to train anyone about online returns or what?
