This place is definitely use at your own risk. My car recently received damage as the long material contraption within the car wash that drags over the top of the vehicle caught on my roof rack and peeled back a plastic molding on the roof of the car. They deemed it not their fault. Granted the material contraption broke off onto the vehicle. I will not be using their services again.

Was charged multiple times on my debit card without ever authorizing or enrolling in a membership. Customer service does not allow you to speak with anyone directly. Not good business.

I was charged $41 by Take 5 Car Wash about 1.5 months ago even though I’m not a member.
Since then, I’ve visited three different locations — Highlands Ranch, Denver, and Parker — and each one told me the refund would be processed. None of them actually did it.
For almost two months I’ve been trying to get my own money back.
How many more locations am I supposed to visit, or how long am I expected to wait, just to receive a refund that should’ve been handled immediately?
You cannot just keep customers’ banking information and charge them without proper authorization. This is unacceptable and feels completely against consumer laws.
I strongly recommend everyone to be careful before signing up with them.
Super Star Car Wash is miles better — at least they stand behind their service. With Take 5, you can’t get your money back, you can’t cancel, and their customer service is practically nonexistent.
Be careful — this place can turn into a headache.

I am furious with this company right now and do not recommend to anyone.
I have called numerous times these past 2 weeks for being double charged on my credit card for one car wash membership for the past year. The only thing customer service can tell me is “we are opening a ticket” or “we are escalating the ticket” with no call back.
The agent “Jane” (refused to give me her agent id) hung up on me after saying they only work off of tickets.
This will be reported to the BBB and corporate.

The assistant manager with the long blonde hair I believe his name is Jesse. Jesse always goes above and beyond for every customer. Every time I go to the car wash just he always comes by to make sure that my standards are always met with my vehicle. He is the most polite and hardworking young man I have seen at this car wash. This establishment is very lucky to have him and I feel I am also very lucky to have him there almost every time I wash my car. I will continue to keep my pass every single month because I feel like Jesse takes time with every customer to make sure their needs are always met. I just wanted to jump on here and thank this young man for everything he does for all of the customers that come through there and he brightens everybody's day with his smile and positive attitude.
