I had a scratching noise coming from my wheel and a rock was found between the brake pad and rotor causing the rock to cut a groove in the rotor. The quickly removed it, let me know that it was no longer an issue and didn’t try to talk me into grinding my rotors smooth or scaring me into buying new ones. I appreciate not being condescending in which I get at half, at least, car service places. You were respectful and kind to my situation and took time to explain everything. You earned a customer!

He and his team took the time to inspect our vehicle, he fixed a broken tail light on my son’s car without being asked, and made some great recommendations. What I appreciate the most is getting the education under the car where he showed me the issues that were close to needing repair without overselling. Thanks Jeremiah, we’ll definitely be back!
- SKSterling KroutApr 2, 20261.0The store made a mistake solving an issue my car had. The issue was not resolved and eventually compounded into another problem. I contacted the store manager to help address the issue. The store manager was even in contact with his boss. I cannot say why the store manager chose not to own the mistakes made. But I cannot recommend a store that provides a service that does not put the customers’ peace of mind as a top priority. Ownership is what separates management from regular staff. Unfortunately for this location’s manager, he chose not to own the opportunity to make right an error made at his store.
