  Super fast and affordable everyone was super sweet and even took the time to show me what I needed instead of just throwing words at me, very accommodating as a single mama I bring my kids everywhere and they took the time to print out coloring pages. Definitely will be using them for my car in the future

  Terrible experience, first brake repair ended with more broken car parts. It was fixed then oil started leaking. They denied fault, 2 opinions from 2 mechanics from different auto repair shops: there was a puncture from the repair work done while replacing brakes and associated repairs. The quotes and opinions were brought to the store in print. Still, they denied fault. We requested a manager or supervisor. We were denied that, they said someone would call. Of course no call, why would they. Thanks for the months long headache and staining to the garage and driveway. I wish there was a 0 star option.

  Walked in asked if they can help me out with greasing my new control arms(don’t have a fitting myself) and Travis was super awesome and jumped right to it. Super cool dudes definitely coming back 🤙🏼

  My daughter's car wouldn't start so we went to advance Auto. They suggested we go to brakes Plus across the parking lot. The guys in brakes Plus listened very intently and were going to squeeze us in for a diagnostic. Nick said he would just come out and take a look and see if he could find something obvious. He came across the parking lot and looked & realized that her battery clamps were loose. He ran back across the parking lot, grabbed a tool, and fixed it! He did not charge us a penny! He was very kind and so helpful!!

  I was quoted by another place for $150 for a Brake Fluid Flush, but here it was taken down to $88 after a coupon. ($108 normally.) I really appreciate this location and the services they provide. It was my first time there, but I will be going back to get an alignment done soon. The lobby was clean, cool, and had complementary drinks. My service advisor, Jayden, was friendly and communicative throughout the whole process. I also witnessed the on-site manager talking to other customers respectfully and friendly, telling them to come to him if anything goes array. I like managers who are involved like that, it makes me feel like this shop is highly taken care of by every employee there.
