  Does not communicate at all with clients and they are very unpunctual and have no knowledge. Instead of paying bottom dollar for staff, why not get employees with skill so you can actually make a sale instead of being bottom feeders. Horrible company.

  I would give a ZERO if possible! Sales Rep sold me the wrong part and was taken out of the country 2,700 miles away. Terry told me that there was nothing he was willing to do to assist that I needed to talk to his manager and then hung up on me. Great Customer Service! Learn to be better Terry!!!!!! FYI - I was standing in the South Englewood Auto Zone location on the phone call with Terry on speaker with 1 other Auto Zone associates when Terry hung up on me. They were both apaulled on how Terry handled himself on the phone call. Completely uncalled for! He needs to be put thru customer service training and lean how to speak to customers and be a problem solver instead of escalating the issues at hand. Don't worry Terry - I will be be speaking with your Manager AND District Manager tomorrow to let them know how you treated me. You dont deserve the position that you are currently tasked.......

  It was fantastic they helped install my wiper blades and made it so easy. They are very nice at the Parker location.

  My battery died in the parking lot and the AutoZone Parker team replaced it without question. Turns out that the battery was fine, it's my car that's not. But Melyssa and the rest of her staff went out of their way to make sure I got home safely and that I had a trusted place to tow my car to. They go above and beyond for their customers and I highly recommend them!
