  I rarely write reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves it. The team diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and—most impressively—completed the work the same day. No delays, no runaround, just straight execution. What really stood out was the communication. I received immediate follow-up text messages with updates every step of the way. I never had to wonder what was going on with my vehicle—they kept me fully informed the entire time, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. The quality of the work was excellent, the turnaround time was unbelievably fast, and the customer service was top-tier. You can tell this team takes pride in what they do and respects their customers’ time.   Overall I am very happy with my experience at Auto Mart USA in Parker. They were very flexible working with me as I was an out of state buyer. Delma was polite, attentive, and eager to help. If she couldn’t answer a question, she made sure to get someone who could. I appreciated that they seemed to work well as a team. GM Paul made sure everything ran efficiently as possible. My only criticism is the coolant reservoir was low and the windshield washer doesn’t spray. Outside of that, the truck is in excellent condition and I got a great price. I would absolutely recommend them to others! Thank you everyone for all your help.

  I recently purchased a vehicle from out of state, and the experience was seamless. Buying from a different state can be a logistical challenge, but the team here made it effortless. Trey in sales was fantastic. He was prompt, friendly, and transparent, ensuring everything was ready to go. Daniel in finance was organized and efficient & made the paperwork side stress-free. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate the distance from start to finish. I highly recommend them to all buyers!

  These guys are great. Lizbeth is an expert sales woman. I didn't feel pressured, but I did feel like I was clearly guided and everything was very transparent. They agreed to fix some minor problems I noticed on the car, and they even worked with me a bit on pricing which is something that autonation wouldn't do for me.
