This time I accidentally sucked up a sheer scarf and the vacuum stopped working properly, told some employees, one (didn’t get his name) which helped to take the tube down and the other (Jake) who helped get it out of the hose! And I was able to get the scarf back! A little dirty ofc but nothing a washer and dryer can’t fix! Love this place!!

Stuff in the bay that does not work, and can take months to fix. New owners are not immune from this, parts have not worked for about a month now inside the bay. Prices were raised by the new owners to those of other companies, most notable cobblestone that has way more locations. Yesterday, wash lane closed, who knows why. Today, I pull in and with one of my four cars and say my windshield was just replaced I need a new sticker. The guy says his inpas is not working right, sorry, nothing he can do. Pull into the lot. The guy near the office says sorry, software system is down they can't do anything about this. I say, I have been here 8 years, 4 cars, is there really nothing you can do. Sorry, no. Well, good news I can do something! I believe in being loyal, and have been for 8 years. You really think someone standing there with e new windshield complete with tape on it, is trying to jack you out of a single carwash? No problem. I can go to a different carwash. Closing my subscription today and cobblestone, here I come.

Great place with great people.
