  The staff at this place surpasses any other customer service I’ve ever received anywhere else for my car. The attention to detail and knowledge the staff has is great, very re-assuring.. my experience was a 10/10 and would recommend to anyone that needs their service. 💪

  I went for an Uber inspection. The manager told me it’s $39.99 pass or fail. I had no doubt my car would pass. But lo and behold my breaks were below the manufacturer’s minimum requirements. It’s one of the first things on the list. The technician came and gave me the news. They wanted $220 for front and $220 for back. Which I know how much pads cost and I don’t make that kind of money anymore as an Uber driver. But at the end of the day they let this old woman go without a charge. And that I am grateful for. I bought pads from OReilleys for $90 and I paid a mobile mechanic $120 to install them. I saved over half. Now to go back and get my inspection re done. Thanks guys for understanding and giving me some grace.

  They did a great job overall. I came in during a busy time and was quoted about 30 minutes, ended up being almost exactly that, which I really appreciated. It’s always nice when places give a realistic timeframe. I also recommend checking online for coupons since they usually have something available. The facility was clean and well maintained, and I liked that there was no pressure to add on extra services.

  Went in today for an oil change and experienced fantastic service from the crew here. There was an issue with my oil plug from my last oil change somewhere else. Jiffy lube fixed the issue at no charge to me. They made sure to check with me on everything and never pressured for something I didn't need. Also while I was waiting for my car I witnessed the staff going above and beyond to help another customer who had had their car messed up somewhere else. Making sure they gave them everything he needed to make sure his car was done right now and submit a complaint to the other shop. 101 out of 10 I will be returning here for sure

  We first visited this Jiffy Lube around mid September, and the service was truly excellent. There were only two young gentlemen working at the time, and they were incredibly kind, positive, and welcoming. Their joy was contagious. It really felt like they enjoyed what they were doing and genuinely cared about helping us. I especially appreciated the friendly conversation because it is those simple interactions that make life feel a little brighter. Recently, I had a very different experience at another location across town where the service was poor and I was overcharged. It left me feeling uneasy. I also tried a shop near Aurora and arrived close to closing after a long commute, but unfortunately left disappointed there as well. Because of those experiences, I decided it was worth making the drive back to the 120th and Norco location, and I am so glad I did. Once again, I was blessed by the outstanding service and the team’s clear customer first approach. The camaraderie among the staff, their smiles, and their professionalism truly stood out. It is refreshing to see a team that works with such positivity, integrity, and heart. Thank you for creating an environment that reflects kindness and excellence. You never know how much that can impact someone’s day. You guys rock, 120th and Norco team. Keep shining your light and doing great work. 🙌
