    I must say that on top of great service, they have outstanding customer service as well. The tires I ordered showed up to their shop after my scheduled appointment. Instead of making me reschedule, the got them done the same day. Also, I watched them treat everyone that came through with a smiling, friendly manner. Thank you William and Tomas!

    Amazing service! William was super patient and informative. I got a full set of new tires installed and they did a general inspection of the car for any other concerns. Very reasonable pricing and quick service. Definitely will be back for future work!

    Went for a tire rotation and they told me I was missing a couple nuts , there team did a great job at the rotation as for tell me that my tye rods were missing nuts they are threaded no nuts needed stick to tires. As for the gentleman I spoke with afterwards, I'll call him MR.W he told me that his team is still learning every day and yes they should not express there thoughts while customers are standing there . He had sent me pictures of things for future work if needed. When I am willing to follow a community resource as this is that should say one thing this is a great combination of integrity and knowledge thanks for Helping me out all theses years! Looking forward to working with you all in the Future!

    I wanna give a shot out to William and Thomas, these two ALWAYS go above and beyond for my family and I!! I know my cars a headache and they deal with it, and take care of the work professional and in a timely manner!! They know I'm just a girl and I don't know much, NEVER try to jive me!!     SHORT STORY: Store manager is a SCAMMER and tried to charge me $2,000 for unnecessary service. The shame of a store manager William should’ve been fired long ago if they had ever cared about their PAYING CUSTOMERS. Took me 2 months and FIVE visits to get my FREE rotation because William could not accept a rejection of his RIDICULOUS attempt of an upsell.. And for reference I have worked in retail management for over 10 years and have NEVER experienced something like this on either end. Around 2/6 I came in for a rotation, William was there he refused to accept my vehicle unless I was willing to pay $2,000 for STUDS when only one was stripped. I told him on the first attempt that I was going to get a 2nd opinion before paying that. Took it to another one of their locations (15 min out of my way, this location is 1 min away) and the employee was VERY transparent even told me he could see where THE OTHER LOCATION stripped it with a torque gun and that i can bring my own part in to replace the ONE that was stripped and that it wouldn’t be any more than $150 to repair as I planned to just replace all others ON MY OWN because I don’t need to pay $2000 to have someone do that when they only cost $80 for a box. I was very clear how I needed to know the price so I wasn’t blindsided as I work two jobs to get by in this economy. The employees REFERENCED by name saying “we wouldn’t do that, but William would” sad other locations are aware of this manager in this lighting. The day I went in for my fixture the employee I set everything up with was no longer with the company. I had a sense of urgency because the insurance provided with the tires I purchased from here clarified the only thing it doesn’t cover is LACK OF ROATIONS which is what I was trying to get done in the 1st place. So with the whole back and forth situation I go to this location on 3/20, explain everything to Thomas (WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE) him and the mechanic in the back look at it and tell me bring it in 3/24 and that they can absolutely repair just the one and get my rotation done, I even asked for an estimate and they said no more than $180. WONDERFUL!!!! Until— 3/24 comes and instead of Thomas being at the counter it’s William, who off the bat asked, “did you change your studs or are you going to pay $2,000 to get them all” I told him that’s unnecessary, and I scheduled an appointment to just change the one and that I’ll do the rest on my own as I needed to prioritize my rotation. It should be in the notes for my appointment” he denies these claims and continues to try to upsell me and tell me he can’t do anything unless I replace them all. I asked him to get the mechanic who looked at it because he said he would be doing it and estimated $180, William REFUSED and got snarky saying “well do you have a printed quote.” I have my father on the phone as he’s an experienced mechanic and we are aware how shops can take advantage of women. I put my phone on speaker so my dad can explain the situation once again and once it is mentioned that the other shop said they torqued it and messed it up William refused to service my car and said I was trying to SCAM him. The guy trying to upsell me an unnecessary $2,000 accusing ME of scamming HIM because I am aware it’s not needed and was advised that it was his problem and he’s known to do this? I ask for a corporate # and all he gives me is his manager # Joshua Scharfenberg. Whom I reached out to and told him I cannot push this off any longer and that I cannot afford to not get this fixed TODAY (3/24/26) I spent 10 minutes on the phone and he listened to every single detail like an amazing manager. Told me to go to his location and he did the repair NO CHARGE and why? Quote “due to the manager’s poor behavior and attitude” they must not care too much about their paying customers if William is still employed here. If I could get some sort of corporate number or someone above Joshua I would like to file a formal complaint.
