I’ve been coming to this car wash for a while now, and over time it’s gone through several GM and staff changes, but the current team is by far the best. GM Mason runs a tight ship. Everyone is always personable, and the customer service is consistently great.
I have a fleet account, so sometimes I need a little extra help to make sure things like my mats are fully cleaned, and the team always comes through. For example, they’ve been happy to grab me a brush so I can pre wash my mats before running them through the mat washer.
Shoutout to Dom, James, Liam, Jacob, Colby, and Manny they’re a big reason this place runs as well as it does. They all deserve raises.

Every time I come here to get a car wash as a member I should be able to drive up scan my barcode get my wash, but yet every time I go there, there’s always a long line because they don’t have a dedicated members only line so now you have to wait for the people to decide what wash they want and then if they want to sign up as a member. And that’s if there’s two people there but if not usually only one you have to wait for him to walk over to the other side and start helping that person only after he’s done with the first person or the other side now a three minute wash just took 20 minutes just to get in the wash. Take 5 Was way better.

Wow. Where do I begin. I wasn’t very sure how things worked but this young man named mason didn’t hesitate to help. He was helpful, charming, and made me feel seen and taken care of. You know it’s a good service when the technicians make you feel ways your husband hasn’t in years! Definitely will be coming back to have my “car washed”! LOL.

I went to the whistle car wash in Northglenn on 2/13/2026 just before 4pm. I paid for the $24 wash. As I was drying my car (Toyota Camry in light gold color) I noticed some small black goopy specks in a few places through out my car it wasn’t a big deal I assumed that there was a little residue on the cleaners or something. I was able to buff these little specs out. I then noticed a huge spray of this residue all over the passenger side of my car. It was on the bottom along the entire length of the car. The residue was so thickly splattered on that it was not coming off easily. This is when I called over the first employee working by the kiosks. He told me he was going to check out what happened and report back to me. He never came back. I called over a second employee and explained the situation and he also examined the residue and recommended we go through again( without the tire shine) to try to remove the residue. I had a suspicion that the residue came from the mechanism that pushes your car through the was because the issue was primarily on that side and on the bottom of my car. I went through the car wash again and when I went to check out my car I noticed that the residue on the body of the car remained the same but now the tires had some additional residue. As I was going through the car wash I noticed that the yellow railing in the car wash on the car converter belt also had some black residue all over it. I once again called the 2nd employee over and he examined the residue and walked over to get the 1st employee I talked to. I told them what had just happened and once again that I believe it’s coming from that specific mechanism. Especially because the residue was only on that side of the car. He walked away and told me he’d go clean off that railing he came back and reported that he had cleaned that railing so it didn’t happen to other customers. So at this point I asked them what they can do about my car and they said NOTHING. I said it’s ridiculous my car is coming out of here significantly dirtier (and hopefully not permanent damaged) than when it came in and now we had to spend hours buffing out this residue off of my car. The residue isn’t even fulling coming off but after a couple hours we where able to remove enough to make it less obvious. THEY REFUSED TO EVEN REFUND ME THE COST OF THE WASH. What I believe is the bare minimum I wasn’t even asking for them to pay for someone to come buff my car out. They said that all the cars that had come in hadn’t complained but 90% of the cars that where there where suvs and the two smaller sedans I saw were in dark colors so they may have not even noticed if this residue got on their car. Then they said “ we had luxury customers in and they didn’t complain” which was completely disrespectful and made me feel like they didn’t care that my car had just gotten messed up because it was an older Camry and not a “luxury customer”. The two employees would not let me speak to the manager, nor give me his contact , or even let me leave my number so he could contact me. I understand that mishaps occur but I left this place incredibly upset and angered by the lack of customer service and the willingness to fix the issue. Ultimately my freshly painted car still has residual black residue we weren’t able to get fully off and it’s not ok to ignore the issue just because my car isn’t the most expensive car there.

So let me start off by saying change is not always good.
I have had yearly passes for many many years and no problem.
I purchased a yearly in August as I received a new company truck. I had my windshield replaced in December and brought them my windows sticker just so they could tell me it was expired. They took my old sticker and said they will take care of it.
I told them it was a yr pass and they looked it up in there system only to find nothing it just says expired. Plus they kept my old sticker.
I payed cash for the pass and because they didn't put it in the system currently I'm out 8months from my yearly pass.
Called customer care just for them to tell me to send them last payment. It was cash it worked fine for 4 months I don't have a payment. Then I go to by my wife another pass also and come to find out Whistle express car wash does not sell yearly passes now. What a coincidence don't you think. I spent $280.00 to get my truck washed for 4 months maybe 12 times total. And yet no response from customer care. I will not recommend this carwash as there are many close by.
