  3 oil leaks in 2 oil changes and that’s just my experience. My sister was in multiple times for oil leaking after having it changed here. Astounding performance for an oil changing business. 2 stars for being the catalyst that made me invest in the stuff to change it myself.

  Oh boy, have I found my new happy place! It’s like I stumbled into a magical land where Cole, the wizard of all things service-related, not only worked his magic but also took the time to explain what my car needed and why—like a fairy godmother, but with tools instead of a wand! As a single lady, I often feel like shops see me as an easy target, like a piñata at a birthday party. But here? It felt more like hanging out with my baby brothers who were just super eager to help out their big sis! Seriously, I half expected them to offer me a juice box and some cookies while they worked on my car. 10/10 would recommend! Cole is definitely my go-to guy for keeping my engine running smoother than a buttered slide! 🚗✨

  Came in this past weekend to have my coolant flushed & get an oil change. Ended up needing a brake fluid flush, new cabin filter and they detailed my headlights as well. Headlights came out very nicely done. The staff working on my equinox was AMAZING!! very helpful, respectful and kind! even let my grandpa who is a retired mechanic hang out and chat with them. service was quick and they even tried to figure out why my heater doesn't blow hot. Very, very good service from everyone involved. Love to see a good group of guys having a good time and still working productively! would absolutely recommend this service center to anyone in need. Kaleb, Nate, Carlos and gene were amazing!!

  Brock was friendly, funny, and professional. Clearly had a lot on his plate managing a rush of about 15 cars including myself. Managed to keep all of us up to speed about what work was being done and how long it would take. I was out in just over an hour for an oil change and got to use a $30 off coupon even though I didn’t have it pulled up on my phone. Nobody likes having to get their car maintained but Brock and his crew made it an easy and altogether enjoyable experience. Thanks guys, hope you see this. Jake

  I was extremely disappointed by my recent experience at Jiffy Lube. I have used Jiffy Lube in the past and had been satisfied with the service, but this visit was unprofessional and unethical. When I arrived, I sat for an extended period without being acknowledged. When an employee finally came to scan the code on my door and gather information, he asked for my mileage. I stated it was 180,106 miles. He responded, “Oh, high mileage,” in a way that felt judgmental and embarrassing, then immediately recommended a system flush. I agreed to that $25 service. Later, while I was waiting in the office, a different employee entered and loudly called out my name, followed by, “Come here so we can discuss the work you need to have done on your vehicle.” This was said in a public, uncomfortable manner. He informed me that some fluid levels needed to be topped off, which I agreed to for an additional $10. He then told me I needed a brake flush costing $130 and requiring an additional hour. I explained that I could not afford that service or the additional time, so I declined. He audibly sighed, said “fine,” and told me I could leave. When the oil change was completed, I presented my Groupon voucher. He glared at me without speaking, returned to the service bay, and told another employee to “deal with that.” I expected to pay approximately $40 for the services I had agreed to. Instead, I was charged over $130. I was later told that because my car was “high mileage,” a different service had been applied, something that was never clearly explained or consented to. Simply mentioning my mileage did not constitute informed approval for a significantly more expensive service. Between the surprise charge, the lack of transparency, and the dismissive, disrespectful behavior, this experience felt deeply unethical. The unexpected cost had a real impact on my monthly budget and eliminated my grocery funds for the month. I will not be returning to this location and would caution others to ask for written explanations and pricing before agreeing to any services.
