I didn't have an appointment but got in and changed in about an hour, I really appreciated it plus small talk with the friendly customer service rep helped out as well. Keep up the good work guys I will be back!
- ELEdwin LagardaAug 25, 20251.0Called them if they had a wait time to patch my tire and they said" "if your in the neighborhood we can get you in right now" so I get there within 5 min and it took 10 minutes to take my car in and then yet another extra hour till I got my keys done, and again, it was JUST TO PATCH MY TIRE not a oil change or change other parts, as a tire brand, I expected way faster service, Ive seen small business tire shops patch up a tire in 5 minutes
