- ELEgor LisitcynSep 5, 20241.0I waited for a specialist from 6:10 AM to 6:40 AM, despite having a rental booking for 6:00 AM—no one approached me. Everyone completely ignored me! The service was terrible.
- JGJohn GossenJun 12, 20221.0DONT come here. Made a reservation for a 16’ truck 1 month in advance of move. Had hired movers, and other help for the same day. Showed up on time to pick up vehicle, and was informed the same day, “we have no 16 trucks, no other trucks of any size, and no ability to get another truck today.” They literally had a clipboard with our names, moving information, and truck rental size, so they obviously just did nothing to plan in advance to actually get us a truck. I was informed we could get a different size truck tomorrow if I was willing to drive across town and get there late in the day. Obviously impossible because we had our whole move planned, and little flexibility. We had to cancel our reservation, and go with a last minute Uhaul. This place was NOT helpful. Don’t go with these guys, go with uhaul. You will save more money with them by not having to cancel, other plans, and at LEAST you will have a truck.
- BBBen BJan 2, 20205.0Well organized rentals through Home Depot. Penske always has newer/nicer trucks than Uhaul and at the same (or better) rates. I've always had good experiences using Penske trucks for moving.
